Virtual Travel Adventure to Israel
February 8-12, 2021
CHAIRS Byron Kolitz and Lynne Merriam
JNF PROFESSIONAL Uri Smajovitz
http://www.jnf.org/stpetersburgvirtualtour
Whether you’ve never been to Israel, or your last trip was long ago, or you’re a recent visitor, you’ll find this week-long trip to be informative and enlightening. Click here for the Tour Itinerary.
Beginning Monday, February 8th, we’ll be travelling in Israel. Seating on the tour bus is limited to 22 families. Reserve your spot now!
Our interactive, licensed Israel Tour Guide, Jacob Shoshan, will lead us through Israel on Monday through Thursday from 4:00-5:00 pm ET. At 5:00 pm we’ll have a discussion session of what we experienced. On Friday, a pre-Shabbat experience will be held at 4:00 pm (in St Petersburg, candle-lighting is 6:02 pm ET).
As a result of ongoing travel restrictions, Israel’s tourism industry has collapsed. In an effort to provide income to Israel’s professional guides, Jewish National Fund (JNF) has facilitated virtual tours since late spring. The tours have been wildly popular.
The cost per household “seat” is $50 (all of which is paid directly to the guide). Reserve your spot by registering at: http://www.jnf.org/stpetersburgvirtualtour
If you would like more information, please contact either of the event co-chairs: Byron Kolitz (bkolitz@tampabay.rr.com), CBI A-Team Co-chair, or Lynne Merriam (lmerriam@crwf.com), President of the JNF Tampa Bay Board.
