USY & Kadima

CBI is pleased to offer Shalom Club, Kadima, & USY to the St. Petersburg Jewish community’s youth. Further information on these programs is coming soon.

USY (United Synagogue Youth) inspires Jewish youth to explore, celebrate, and practice ethical values, Jewish Living, Zionism, and community responsibility. USY’s mission is to empower Jewish youth to develop friendships, leadership skills, a sense of belonging to the Jewish People, a deep engagement with and love for Israel, and a commitment to inspired Jewish living through meaningful and fun experiences based on the ideology of Conservative Judaism.

Kadima is the middle school age affiliate of United Synagogue Youth and The United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism. Kadima is Hebrew for “forward.” 

Shalom Club is a social group for youth in grades 2 – 5.
