Shalach Manot Order Form
Shalach Manot Order Form
Purim is coming!! Purim is Coming!!!
And CBI Sisterhood wants to help YOU celebrate.
This year things will be a little different. (Where have you heard that before?) Unfortunately, we will not be able to follow our Purim custom of baking our own hamentaschen. However, Sisterhood still wants to help you fulfill the mitzvah of mishloach manot, or the giving of food or pastries to others. Therefore, our plan for this year is as follows:
- Sisterhood will prepare gift bags of 3, 6, or 12 hamantaschen (kosher and pareve); plus, we’ll toss in some other goodies (all kosher, but may include some dairy items.)
- You decide how many gift bags you would like to order, and you fill out the form (attached or online) by Tuesday, February 12th.
- You pick up your shalach manot bags from the CBI parking lot on Sunday, Feb. 21st from 4 - 6 PM.
- You deliver them to your friends and family…or enjoy them for yourself.
- You get to enjoy your holiday... and Sisterhood gets to thank you. (A win-win!)
- When you come by to pick up your order, you can fulfill another mitzvah of the holiday by bringing grocery store gift cards or non-perishable food for the Bill and Sally Israel Food Pantry at Gulf Coast Jewish Family and Community Services.
For any questions or for help to complete your order, contact Billie Bornstein billiesu@aol.com
Orders must be received by February 12, 2021
- If paying by check, make it out to “CBI Sisterhood" - print this page and mail it to:
- Jackie Wertel
- 5338 1st Ave N St. Pete, FL 33710.
